How to Set up the NFT exhibit Event?

2-1 What is NFT Exhibit Event?

You can exhibit your own artwork in a dedicated museum on the XANA App (World). Depending on the size of the museum, the number of exhibits can be selected from 10, 16, or 32, and the data format of the exhibited works can be not only still images but also video data. In addition, the aspect ratio of the exhibited works can be selected from three different sizes, so you can create your own original art museum by taking advantage of the expandability of the event function.

*In the future, we are planning to update it in a way so that you can actually display the NFT images that you own!

2-2 How to create a NFT Exhibit Event?

1. First, you need to mention the “Event Name”. (attached image 1)

 

2. Then, choose the “Event Type” ie. (Public Event) (attached image 2)

 

3. Click on “Select Event Venue”, as per the no: of artworks you are able to Choose the event venue from 3 types (A: 32 exhibits, B: 16 exhibits, C: 10 exhibits) with different numbers of exhibits (see attached image 3).

 

4. Next, To set the Thumbnail image that will be displayed on the event page, click on the “Main image” (see attached image 4).

 

5. Enter an outline about the event。 (attached image 5)

 

6. In the upper right corner of the screen, set the “start date and time” and “end date and time” of the event (see attached image 6).

*Please note that once an event is created, the date and time cannot be changed.

 

7. You can limit the user options in the (attached image 7) so that, after the event has started, in the XANA app for the participants you can limit the User options (* users who participate in the event may be able to use the optional features you have checked).

 

8. You can repeat an event on a regular schedule by using the Repeat Event function in the attached image 8 (currently coming soon).

 

9. Finally, select the “Publish Event” button, and the event creation is completed (attached image 9).

2-3 How to Exhibit NFT images?

You can add artwork to be displayed in the created event from the admin screen (*You are able to display either still images or video data).

*We are planning to update in the future so that you can actually display the NFT images that you own.

1. From the left menu on the screen, click on “My Page” and select “My Events” (attached image 1).

 

2. Select the “Add NFT” button in the attached image 2.

 

3. Click on the “Add NFT” button and you will be redirected to the admin page for exhibiting your artwork (see attached image 3).

 

4. Select a still image or video as the data type for the exhibited work (attachment Image 4)

 

5. Choose the aspect ratio of the exhibited artwork from 3 sizes (* The artwork will automatically be displayed in the museum in the XANA app according to the selected size) (attached image 5)

 

6. Set the exhibit number (exhibit order) of the artworks displayed in the museum in the XANA app. You can set the number from the pull-down menu or enter the number directly (attached image 6).

 

7. Upload a still image (JPG, JPEG, PING) or video (MP4) of the artwork to be exhibited (attached image 7)

 

8. Enter the title name of the exhibit work (attached image 8).
*When text is set in the Japanese and English fields, the Title name of the exhibited works will be automatically displayed according to the device language of the user.
*It is mandatory to set the title name either in the Japanese or English fields.

 

9. Enter the creator’s name (attached image 9)
*When text is set in the Japanese and English fields, the Creator name of the exhibited works will be automatically displayed according to the device language of the user.
*It is mandatory to set the Creator name either in the Japanese or English fields.

 

10. Enter the description of the exhibited work (attached image 10)
*When text is set in the Japanese and English fields, the Creator name of the exhibited works will be automatically displayed according to the device language of the user.
*It is mandatory to set the description either in the Japanese or English fields.

 

11. When you have completed all the required fields, select “Save” in the (attached image 11)to complete the settings for each exhibit.

 

12. To remove an exhibit from the list, select the “Delete” button (attached image 12).
